AgentStack exists because every other "best AI coding tools" article is sponsored, stale, or both. We're a small site. Our edge is honesty and freshness.

How we keep facts current

Tool pages rebuild daily via GitHub Actions. The build pulls public data (GitHub API for OSS tools, official pricing pages for proprietary ones) and regenerates all pages. If a fact is stale, we'd rather not publish it than guess.

Affiliate disclosure

Some links to commercial tools are affiliate links. They look identical to non-affiliate links — we don't get a higher commission for ranking a tool higher, and we don't take payment for placement. If a tool stops being the best in its category, it gets ranked lower, period. If you'd rather not give us commission, just go to the tool's homepage directly; you'll get the same product at the same price.

What we don't do

• Sponsored placements. Every "Featured" or "Recommended" callout is editorial.
• Pay-for-rank. No vendor can buy ranking. Recipes are written for actual usefulness, not SEO arbitrage.
• AI-generated slop articles. Each recipe is hand-edited by someone who actually used the tools described.

Contributing

Found something wrong, outdated, or missing? Open an issue or PR on GitHub. Especially valuable: edge cases, gotchas, real production stories, performance numbers.

We don't accept "review" PRs from vendors about their own tool — those need to come from independent users.

Astro + Tailwind, deployed on Cloudflare Pages. Source MIT-licensed. Daily refresh runs at 06:00 UTC via GitHub Actions.
